“Nobody realizes that some people expend tremendous energy merely to be normal.”

- Albert Camus

About me.

I love this quote.

I spend my time helping individuals, businesses, and causes that deserve to be more than they are Grow by Design.

I’m a 'strange bird’ as my magnificent love would say.

It took me a long time to accept and embrace my weird and now I love the nuances and foibles that make me. I now know not to yuck someone else’s yum, especially not my own.

I’m a third culture individual, non-neurotypical (Bipolar II, ADHD, Autism Spectrum), Jewish, queer, he/him/his. We have three cats, a disco ball, and a ballet bar in our apartment. I love games, especially Poker and Chess.

Both of my parents are Israeli. I was born in London. I didn’t start talking until I was four years old. I was fortunate to get an elite private education at St. Paul’s School and then University of Cambridge. I never fit in.

I’ve spent the time since 2008 when I graduated from university collecting a diverse range of professional experiences ranging from Mechanical & Electrical Engineering with Max Fordham’s LLP, Customer Strategy Consulting & Marketing with Iris Concise, SaaS Start-Up experience with Maya Health PBC, and exposure to C-Suite level Business Transformation, Executive Coaching, and High-Performance Teams work with Peter Sheahan.

Growing by Design is my approach to both personal growth and complex problem solving and is based on principles, hacks, and process I’ve gathered along my journey going from surviving, to thriving in life.

I’m excited to share these with you.
